About DGP
Dynamics Global Projects (DGP) is an independent, senior-led advisory firm specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and international ERP programmes. We operate without licence interests and without delivery conflicts. Our engagements are always led by practitioners, not analysts. We work alongside partners and clients to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex programmes.
DGP offers three core service lines: ERP Implementation (GF3), International Project Consultancy, and Partner Advisory. Every engagement is grounded in the same principle: senior expertise, applied directly.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take on a central role in leading and coordinating international Business Central programmes on behalf of DGP and our clients. This is not a coordination role. It is a delivery leadership role.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end governance of cross-border ERP programmes: managing workstreams, aligning regional teams, tracking delivery against plan, and keeping senior stakeholders informed with accurate, unfiltered status reporting. You will work directly with DGP’s senior advisors and, in many cases, lead the operational day-to-day of a programme while a DGP Principal holds strategic oversight.
This role is particularly well-suited to someone who has led international Business Central or Dynamics ERP rollouts, understands the difference between project management and genuine programme governance, and has the confidence to present difficult findings clearly.
Pellentesque in ipsum id orci porta dapibus.
What You Bring
You will have a demonstrable track record in senior project management roles on ERP or enterprise systems programmes. Business Central experience is strongly preferred. The following qualifications and experience are relevant:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in project or programme management in ERP or enterprise technology environments
- Direct experience leading or co-leading Business Central or Dynamics 365 rollouts, including multi-country programmes
- Strong command of structured programme governance: RAID, issue escalation, milestone tracking, executive reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse, distributed teams across geographies
- Experience presenting programme status to C-level or steering committee audiences
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Formal PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus, not a requirement
- Microsoft project tooling familiarity (Azure DevOps, MS Project) preferred
- Comfort operating in an advisory rather than pure implementation context
